My name is Katy Gillis and this website was created with busy women in mind – women who are working hard to gain a healthier body so they can serve the people in their lives better.

You have my respect for deciding to step into your healthy lifestyle calling. This is a narrow but extremely rewarding road you’re traveling!

Reaching the goal of great physical shape leads to a life of joyful living, and discourages a host of diseases, lowers stress, combats depression and obesity, and ends the frustration that comes from knowing you’re living below your potential. Getting and staying fit opens doors in life that may have been closed before.

The 5 things you must learn and do are actually lifestyle skills and can be mastered by any woman, at any time in her life, on any budget, and in as little as 15 minutes a day. I’m honored to be your guide and show you exactly how to apply them daily in your own life. The 5 skills are:
